 Simply send a text message to 289 992 9339. We require a name, address, delivery instructions, and proof of age (19+) for all new customers. Once your profile with us is setup, just let us know what you would like to order and one of our expert drivers will deliver it to you as quickly as possible. It really is that easy! Check out our menus while you wait for us to set you up! 

 We service Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice, and Bowmanville (excluding Hampton). 

 We accept cash on delivery or you can pay by Interac E-Transfer. Just ask one of our service agents for the required information.  

 We are a text only service. Allowing customers to place orders over the phone would require expensive telecommunication systems that would add to the cost of your order! We like to keep things simple, so that we can pass the savings directly on to you! Send us a text message @ 289 992 9339 

We provide contactless delivery to customers who have successfully provided proof of age to a driver in person. Your first order cannot be contactless. Please be aware that our staff reserves the right to request ID at their discretion and failure to provide a valid photo ID will result in a refusal of service. Please always be prepared to provide photo ID as proof of age. 

Privatemember.ca and its partners are not responsible for lost or damaged orders not collected in person. Be prepared to collect your order immediately after delivery.  

 Our drivers are highly experienced and have an expert knowledge of our delivery area. Combined with modern routing technology, this gives them the ability to consistently deliver orders on demand in under two hours! Some deliveries can even be fulfilled in under 15 minutes if timing is perfect. It's safest to allow up to two hours, but we promise to always deliver as fast as we can! 

Deliveries within Oshawa, Whitby, and Courtice have a minimum order amount of $40. Deliveries to Bowmanville have a minimum order amount of $80.

Delivery is always free. It's included in the cost!

 If you choose to send someone else to collect your order from the driver, you may do so. Please ensure that anyone collecting your order is 19+ and has a valid photo ID available upon request.

 Absolutely! Our mission is to get affordable, hassle free cannabis into the hands of everyone we can. Forget about inflated costs and delivery fees. We'll even give you two free prerolls on your next order, if your friend provides your name and phone number when they first order!  

 As a safety precaution, drivers are not permitted to enter customers' homes and they cannot deliver inside of apartment buildings. If you live in an apartment building please be prepared to meet the driver outside your lobby, at the curbside, or in your visitors parking.  

 We do not have a retail location. Excluding this large cost from our overhead is one of the ways that allow us to offer industry leading pricing to our customers!
